Key Responsibilities
Working as part of the established maintenance team your main duties will be to maintain and repair gear motors, HV equipment, conveyor systems, overhead cranes and furnaces. The successful candidate will also participate in an extensive CAPEX programme to improve the facility.
Qualifications
- 17th Edition qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Preferably have passed an Engineering apprenticeship and previous experience in a heavy engineering environment.
- Applicants with City & Guilds to Level 3 standard and/or ONC/HNC will also be considered.
Working Hours and Compensation
The shift pattern for this role is based on a 6-2, 2-10. An excellent remuneration package is offered to include a starting salary of circa £40k (£35k + shift premium) plus overtime.
