As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of major projects spanning the London / Surrey area. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of each project, contributing to the future of sustainable energy infrastructure in England and Wales.

What you’ll be doing
- Prepare internal and external reports and liaise with stakeholders
- Ensure reports provide relevant information that enables informed, cost‑effective decisions aligned with overall strategy
- Lead a relentless focus on Zero Harm and keep up to date with changes in legislation
- Develop, implement and update resource allocation plans (OBS) and raise appropriate requests
- Develop high‑performing diverse teams, promote a pipeline of talent, and support internal training through mentoring and performance management
- Lead risk/opportunity reviews, present the Risk Register and recommend/implement changes
- Ensure procurement plans align with overall project plans to deliver materials and resources on schedule
- Ensure all work is undertaken with a view to handover and certification
- Develop, implement, review and periodically update resource‑loaded schedules
- Ensure expenditure is in line with the budget and that resources are utilised efficiently to maintain cost control
- Advocate consistency and reliability of digital data to support successful project delivery – data‑driven decisions
Who we’re looking for
- Project delivery experience ensuring high quality and safety standards
- Experience in Power/Utilities within large infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills to manage, mentor and empower your team
- The confidence and credibility to liaise with business leaders
- Commercial acumen to control costs and keep projects within budget
- Understanding of standard forms of contracts and performance evaluation techniques
