Field Based – Covering London

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out planned maintenance on mechanical plant equipment – pumps, valves, heat exchangers, chp’s, boilers, chillers, HVAC, tanks, pressurisation units.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across heating and plant systems
• Responding to breakdowns and restoring services as quickly as possible
• Supporting small projects and plant upgrades
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in plant rooms or similar environments
• Experience maintaining commercial mechanical systems
• Understanding of fault finding and repair on plant equipment
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas, Plumbing, or Mechanical discipline
