Job Description:

We are seeking to recruit an organised, proactive and highly professional PA to the Headteacher / School Administrator. The role will be pivotal in the smooth running of our primary school community, providing first‑line support to parents, staff, governors and visitors, and confidential assistance to the Headteacher.

SO1, £36,196 – £37,161 per annum

Hours of work

Full Time – 36 hours per week, term‑time only

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many parents/carers, staff, governors and visitors, offering a warm welcome and high‑quality support. You will provide confidential PA support to the Headteacher while also being an integral part of the wider administration team. You must meet the requirements of the person specification, undergo a full enhanced DBS check and be eligible to work in the UK.
