Housing Projects & Asset Delivery Lead

Moray Council is looking for an individual to assist the Asset Manager (Housing) in project management from design to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legislation and protecting the Council’s budgets while delivering a high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have strong building technology knowledge, experience in housing asset management, and excellent computer literacy including AutoCAD skills. A full driving licence is required.
