Method is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Information Manager to join our friendly growing team.

Based at either our new modern head office in central Swindon which has good travel links to London, Bristol, and Bath, or Bristol you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and gain invaluable knowledge from other team members, whilst working closely with our other business groups.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE): Establish, manage, and maintain the CDE, ensuring it is secure, accurate, and follows agreed-upon project procedures. This includes setting up its processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance and quality: Review and validate project information deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards and level of detail for each project stage. This includes performing quality assurance and progressive assurance checks.

Coordinate stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact for various project stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure collaborative working and smooth information exchange.

Provide technical guidance: Manage project documentation and information structures, including record keeping and change control procedures.

Manage Project Workflows: Coordinate and manage digital information workflows across multiple projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

Technical skill: Experience with BIM software and management platforms is essential. Understanding of the digital asset lifecycle and multiple digital techniques is also important.

Strategic thinking: Ability to define and implement a project’s BIM vision and strategy.

Organisational skills: Strong ability to manage information, workflows, and project teams.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in a relevant field like architecture, engineering, or construction, often with experience in information management.

GCSE’s at grade C or Higher. (Maths & Sciences B) – DT would also be an advantage.
