We’re looking for experienced Interim Contracts Managers to join a nationally significant infrastructure programme, managing a portfolio of high-value corporate contracts that support one of the UK’s largest and most complex projects.

The Role
- Managing a portfolio of corporate contracts from mobilisation through to completion
- Leading contract change requests through governance and approval processes
- Monitoring supplier performance, KPIs and contract compliance
- Managing commercial risks, early warnings and formal disputes
- Developing and delivering contract management plans
- Ensuring value for money across the contract lifecycle
- Reviewing supplier financial health and implementing mitigation where required
- Producing reports and presenting commercial updates to senior stakeholders
- Supporting high-profile projects across a complex delivery environment
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex corporate contracts
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills
- Experience managing supplier performance and contractual compliance
- Knowledge of contract risk, governance and change control processes
- Confident stakeholder management across multiple business functions
- Experience working within publicly funded organisations or regulated environments is highly desirable
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SAP (CEMAR experience advantageous)
