Role Overview

This is a high‑growth Senior Manager opportunity within a market‑leading Big 4 Deals Tax practice, working at the intersection of AI‑enabled transaction advisory, top‑tier private equity, and complex corporate M&A. You will join a high‑performing Director cohort going to market with significant momentum, supported by a people‑led culture, strong investment in technology, and a clear path to Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Transaction Tax Advisory — Advise PE funds, infrastructure investors, sovereign wealth funds, and corporates on UK and cross‑border acquisitions, disposals, carve‑outs, refinancings, and restructurings.
  • Oversee Due Diligence — Lead buy‑side and sell‑side tax due diligence, identifying risks, structuring opportunities, and value‑creation levers.
  • Drive AI‑Enabled Delivery — Leverage the firm’s proprietary AI tools to enhance diligence, modelling, and structuring efficiency.
  • Market Engagement — Build relationships with PE deal teams, corporate development leaders, and law firms to originate and convert opportunities.
  • Team Leadership — Coach, develop, and mentor a growing team of Managers, Assistant Managers, and Associates.
  • Technical Excellence — Provide authoritative guidance on UK corporation tax, international tax, financing, and structuring matters.
  • Cross‑Service Collaboration — Work closely with Transaction Services, Valuations, Modelling, Legal, and Consulting teams on integrated deal solutions.
