Job description Client Manager (Commercial Insurance)Location: Belfast Area (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day home working) Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 + BenefitsAn established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Client Manager to join its Commercial Insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:Managing client and insurer relationships on a day-to-day basis.Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business placements.Negotiating cover terms and ensuring appropriate insurance solutions are in place.Preparing policy documentation and maintaining accurate client records.Responding to client queries promptly and professionally.Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and support business growth.Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a high standard of service.About You 2-5 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance, ideally within a broking environment.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and classes of business.Excellent client relationship and communication skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance systems (Acturis experience beneficial).Cert CII qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous.You must be based in Northern Ireland with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom….
