Job Description:

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office 2 days a week. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40‑60% of your working week.

What you’ll be doing

As well as supporting a busy team with its day‑to‑day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects. You’ll champion best practice by sign‑posting guidance and providing basic training to the wider team, enabling them to self‑serve in areas such as business travel and purchasing. You’ll be responsible for diary management, keeping things simple and on track, with a flexible approach to managing and anticipating requirements. You’ll be comfortable organising complex travel itineraries. You’ll also play your part in supporting more efficient ways of working, smarter travel and our strategic aim to reduce carbon and cost.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment
  • Experience in diary management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who can prioritise and plan effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite
