This is a full-time position with a working pattern which spans Monday to Saturday. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working options where possible. Hybrid working is also available, in line with service need.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Registration Officer, you will:
- Manage the Registration Officer team to provide registration services and ceremonies, making operational decisions and developing new processes and procedures.
- Assist the Ceremony Team Leader with marketing, communications and development strategies.
- Maintain effective relationships with licensed venues, Celebrants, other local authorities and professional organisations.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and County Council governance.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training within the team.
With no two days the same, you will bring flexibility, responsiveness and a steady presence, supporting your team to succeed through a wide range of situations.
