Site Manager

Kettering. Start ASAP / Next Monday. Project duration to be confirmed. £280 per shift. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprinkler installation works on site
• Manage day‐to‐day site activity
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades
• Manage health and safety on site
• Complete daily paperwork and reporting
• Keep programme moving and communicate clearly with the client

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification
• CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Strong paperwork, reporting and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and keep a project running smoothly

Additional Preferred Experience

• Previous sprinkler experience
• Racking or warehouse project experience
• Black CSCS card
