You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and integrations that are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose across the organisation.You’ll bring strong technical depth across core business systems such as Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management (MDM), identity and access management, and emerging AI and automation tooling. You’ll act as a senior point of contact for IT, helping to improve how we manage access, devices, and operational workflows while ensuring our environment remains reliable, effective, and aligned with best practice.As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with IT Support, Platform Engineering, and InfoSec to keep our systems running smoothly and to deliver improvements that raise the bar on automation, security, and user experience. nLead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of core IT systems including identity and access management, device management, network services, and secure external partner solutions, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure.nArchitect, build and maintain scripts, automations, and integrations between SaaS platforms and internal services to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and create a better end-user experience.nSupport InfoSec and compliance across the IT estate by contributing to incident response, resolving complex technical issues, and partnering on systems, access, and infrastructure improvement projects.nWork closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical implementations, drive improvements, and ensure solutions meet business and security requirements.nProvide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations team, including troubleshooting, ticket and maintenance workflows, onboarding and offboarding, hardware lifecycle management, and office technology support where needed.n5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, or a similar hands-on technical role, with strong experience across scripting, automation, and systems administration.nStrong experience managing MDM and endpoint platforms across a MacOS first fleet, in addition to Windows and Linux environments. The ability to automate workflows and configuration and deployment through scripting with any shell language, python, and swift dialogue.nHands-on experience running Okta and our VPN / secure remote access as code. Group rules, sign-on policies, IdP routing, SCIM provisioning, and VPN access policies, all defined in Infrastructure-as-Code and shipped via PR review.nProven experience implementing, maintaining, and improving IT systems, SaaS integrations, and network-connected services in a fast-paced environment.nAdministering enterprise AI tooling.
