Senior Legal Counsel | IT & M&A | Hybrid UK

Michael Page Legal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a global pharmaceutical business based in Manchester. In this role, you will provide legal support for commercial, digital, and corporate functions, advising on a wide range of IT contracts and mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE, be comfortable working in-house, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. The position offers a competitive salary between £70-85k, a car allowance, and a 20% bonus, with flexible hybrid working options.
