Contracts Manager – Landscape Construction
Location: London & Home CountiesSalary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to specification, programme, and budget
- Manage labour, materials, subcontractors, and site teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and attend site meetings
- Lead and develop Site Managers and operatives
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, risk assessments)
- Manage costs, budgets, and project performance
- Identify and deliver additional works
About You
- Proven Contracts Manager experience in landscaping or civils
- Strong commercial and organisational skills
- Confident leader and communicator
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
