Position Summary

The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will oversee the delivery and management of SAP finance and controlling modules in a complex industrial/manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive analytics and system improvements.

The annual commercial production volume is about 10 million tonnes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling team to implement and maintain SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
  • Ensure the integration of SAP finance and controlling modules with other systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and execute project plans for system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Deliver training and support to end‑users to maximise system utilisation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Background in analytics or related disciplines.

Job Offer
