Position Summary
The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will oversee the delivery and management of SAP finance and controlling modules in a complex industrial/manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive analytics and system improvements.

The annual commercial production volume is about 10 million tonnes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling team to implement and maintain SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
- Ensure the integration of SAP finance and controlling modules with other systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and execute project plans for system upgrades and new implementations.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
- Deliver training and support to end‑users to maximise system utilisation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Background in analytics or related disciplines.
Job Offer
- Location: Runcorn (hybrid working policy – 3 days on site, flexible hours).
