.You’ll take ownership of the tender and estimating process from initial inquiry through to submission, leading commercial reviews, analysing costs, managing supplier pricing and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability. Working closely with Sales, Design, Operations and Procurement, you’ll be the commercial voice behind every bid, ensuring submissions are accurate, competitive and strategically positioned. We’re looking for someone with estimating, commercial or bid management experience within manufacturing, shopfitting, retail fit-out, construction, interiors or a similar project-led environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys influencing business decision
