Hybrid working | City (3 days) + WFH

£100k / £120k + share options

Talentedge are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Series B SaaS scaleup on their Finance & Operations Director (#1) opportunity.

n

You’ll be amazing for this opportunity if you love being hands on across finance / accounting / operations and want to partner directly with the CEO/Founder on continually scaling the business domestically and internationally.

nKey responsibilities to include:n

n
• Take ownership for the accounting infrastructure, including ensuring that processes are fully automated (utilising AI where possible) and reporting is completed on time

n

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and company-wide planning processes

n

• Partner CEO/Founder on commercial initiatives including future fundraising, geographical expansion and new product enhancements

n

• Analyse and report on key SaaS metrics such as LTV/CAC, ARR / MRR / CHURN / Payback Period / Retention Cohorts

n

• Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with GTM and Product & Engineering

n

• Take ownership over Ops areas including People / Talent / Legal

n

nProfile:n

n
• Top 10 ACA qualified

n

• VC backed SaaS scaleup experience

n

• Broad, all-round exposure however with a strong preference on commercial finance / FP&A experience

n

• Huge advocate of AI, with demonstrable examples of your adoption across the finance function

n

• Any US exposure is advantageous however non-essential

n

• Established business partner who is able to respectively influence, challenge and advise senior internal & external stakeholders

n

• Owning / supporting Ops functions is advantageous
