Internal Sales Representative – £38K TO 40k pa – East London

Construction Supply Sector

Are you an experienced internal sales professional with a background in supplying products into the construction or relative industries?

I am recruiting for a well-established and growing manufacturer/distributor within the construction supply sector, providing a wide range of specialist building materials and solutions. With continued investment in both product innovation and staff development, they are now looking to appoint a driven and commercially focused internal sales representative to join their team.

The Role

  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate quotations
  • Offer product knowledge and technical guidance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

Qualifications

  • Experience in internal sales (construction supply preferred but not essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Target-driven and commercially aware
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
