SEMH Teaching Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups, Birmingham

GSL Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs in Birmingham. This full-time position offers a chance to make a difference in young lives by providing 1:1 and small group support, assisting with structured interventions, and encouraging positive engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing challenging behaviour, be patient and adaptable, and possess solid teamwork skills. An Enhanced DBS check will be required or willingness to apply.
