Responsibilities
- Support a Year 3 class as a part-time Teaching Assistant
- Work closely with the class teacher to support learning, encourage pupil engagement, assist with classroom activities, and help create a positive and productive learning environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a classroom environment
- Experience supporting primary-aged pupils
- A good understanding of classroom routines and expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
