Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage students in a meaningful way.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in classroom management and creating inclusive learning environments is desirable.
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (if you don’t have one, we can help you apply for a new one through Educate).
