Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel truly valued.
• Recommend and sell new food products, acting as a resilient and committed brand ambassador.
• Operate digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Serve, sell, fill shelves and help drive growth in sales in a high‑pressure environment.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about M&S Food products.
• Resilient and committed, ready to roll sleeves up and work day in and day out.
• Digitally confident and comfortable using retail technology.
• Flexible, able to adapt to changing demands across various areas of the store.
