LOCATION: Belfast
SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
SALARY: £35,000 per annum
To ensure the safe, compliant and efficient operation of commercial plumbing systems and associated mechanical building services across the contract portfolio. Deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance activities in accordance with SFG20, manufacturer recommendations, contractual obligations and relevant legislation.
Service Provision
- Complete all assigned plumbing PPMs in accordance with SFG20.
- Maintain water services, sanitaryware, valves, pipework, pumps, TMVs, boosted water systems and drainage systems.
- Carry out reactive plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages and pipework modifications.
- Undertake statutory inspections relating to water hygiene and plumbing systems where applicable.
- Raise remedial works and elevate safety-critical defects.
- Record all work in the CAFM system.
- Support minor works and projects.
- Comply with health, safety, permit-to-work and environmental requirements.
- Is responsive and prompt to customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
- Recognise when the customer is under pressure and respond to their needs appropriately
- Encourages others to demonstrates a high-quality customer service.
- Delegates and coordinates work in a clear and efficient manner.

Essential Criteria
- Recognised apprenticeship in Plumbing.
- Minimum three years’ experience maintaining commercial plumbing systems.
- Experience within facilities management.
- Experience delivering SFG20 maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competent IT skills including CAFM/mobile applications.
