Term-Time After-School Teacher: Reading & Writing Mentor

Westway Trust is seeking an enthusiastic After School Teacher for a one-year fixed-term contract in London. The role involves providing engaging after-school lessons tailored to children from the Traveller community, helping improve their reading, writing, and spelling skills.

This part-time position works 6 hours per week during term time, including 4 hours of teaching and 2 hours for lesson preparation and outreach. We’re looking for someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for making a lasting impact on children’s education.
