Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Work closely with senior chefs to understand the roles and stations within the kitchen.
- Learn all areas of the kitchen, from the setup of each section to all food preparation and the final clean‑down.
- Take ownership of your area, tracking orders and ticket times.
- Collaborate with the main kitchen team to maintain efficiency and deliver the best possible guest experience.
