Water Field Technician
Field based: based in the Winchester area, willing to cover regional patch including Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and surrounding areas.
Salary: £36-37K plus vehicle and on call allowance, excellent pension, 25 days holiday.
Hours: 8:30‑5 Mon‑Fri plus one in four on call rota.
Are you an experienced water industry professional, looking to work for a large, growing utilities group, in a role offering training, long term career development and salary progression? The role is field based covering a regional patch, with opportunities to increase earnings through the on call rota and a vehicle is provided. Your main responsibility is to provide field support to the company’s water assets and ensure good quality drinking water.
The Role
- Full time permanent role offering excellent long term opportunities.
- Home/field based technical customer facing role.
- Undertake internal and external pressure and flow readings.
- Effectively manage work schedule.
The Person
- Experience of working in the water industry.
- Experience of dealing with customers.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Tickets: Water Hygiene, SHEA Water, CSCS (any of the following).
- UK driving licence.
