Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Answering all incoming customer service calls
• Updating the CRM system with customer notes
• Ensuring all issues are resolved by the end of each working day

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Team player willing to collaborate and support colleagues
• Comfortable using various software and systems
