Teacher (Main Scale) – EYFS
Contract Type: Permanent. Pay Grade: Grade M1 to M6. Full Time Salary: £32,916 to £45,352. Actual Salary: £13,166.40 to £18,140.80. Hours: 11 hours per week, 2 days per week. Starting: 1 September 2026.
Great Addington CE Primary School is looking to recruit a passionate, caring and enthusiastic part‑time Teacher to join our committed team. We are dedicated to supporting, inspiring and leading the brilliant children in our school. Responsibilities
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.
- Ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
- Deliver the curriculum creatively and tailored to sustain academic achievement of all pupils.
- Use a range of behaviour management strategies confidently.
- Support, motivate and challenge the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
- Make a special contribution to our school community as a Teacher and a Team Member.
- Support the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Understand and uphold Child Protection and safeguarding responsibilities for children’s welfare at home and in school.
