Job Overview

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified EYFS practitioner (or equivalent) to join our Early Years provision, supporting children aged 2 to 5 within a high‑quality full‑year setting at StMary’s Hare Park School.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level3 qualified EYFS practitioner (or equivalent).
• Highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic.
• High expectations for all children, including the youngest.
• Strong understanding of early child development (ages2‑5).
• Ability to create a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Supports children’s independence, curiosity and love of learning.
• Committed to raising standards and achieving excellence for all pupils.
• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Organised, proactive and adaptable, particularly within a full‑year provision.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and pupils.
• Demonstrates positive behaviour management appropriate to early years.
