Location

Ashby de la Zouch (Leicestershire) and surrounding area. A valid full UK driving licence and permission to use your own vehicle are essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage is paid at 43p per mile.

About the Role

This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services, including assisting with personal care, household tasks, companionship, wellbeing activities and maintaining communal areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individual homeowners with personalised care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
  • Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, welcoming environment.
  • Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
  • Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointment attendance to enhance overall well‑being and social connections.

Travel and Expenses

Use your personal car for work; all travel expenses are fully reimbursed and parking is available on site. Mileage is paid at 43p per mile.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a care environment is preferred; Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management.
  • Domestic or housekeeping experience is welcomed.

Driving Licence

A valid full UK driving licence is required, and you must have access to your own car with a willingness to travel between developments.

Working Hours

  • Part‑time, up to 20 hours per week on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends (may include some bank holidays).
  • Hours available between 7am and 10pm.

Salary and Incentives

  • Hourly rate: £14.50 – £15.80, plus mileage.
  • Extra £0.30 per hour for evening work.
  • Extra £1.30 per hour for weekend work.
  • £300 bonus when you pass probation.
