An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join our Autism Team. This is a rewarding role for a motivated social worker who is committed to improving outcomes for autistic adults through strengths based, person centred practice.

Responsibilities

You will work with autistic adults, including those with complex needs, completing statutory duties under the Care Act 2014. This includes Care Act assessments, reviews, safeguarding activity and support planning. You will work closely with individuals, carers, providers and partner agencies to promote independence, manage risk and deliver effective, outcome focused support utilising a strengths based approach.
