Leading by example and putting PVH values to practice is essential. You will inspire your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Build outfits for customers, recommend further products to meet store KPIs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and stay current on fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed appropriately.
  • Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Hardworking with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in fashion and retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and multi‑task.
  • Passion for driving sales using digital platforms.
