Security Officer Role

Provide security and customer service support for retail stores, ensuring a safe shopping environment for staff and customers.

Shift Information

3 days per week (Mon, Fri & Sat).

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock and customers
• Prevent theft and assist with shoplifting incidents
• Partner with store management teams
• Deliver professionalism and excellent customer service
• Use ASCONE system for shoplifting prevention
• Ensure safety of employees and customers
• Maintain a visible deterrent presence

Requirements

• Valid SIA license
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year employment history
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to follow procedures
• Calm under pressure
• Retail experience is desirable
• Must be available to work weekends
• Reside within 45 minutes travel distance to the store
