FLT Driver – Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit FLT – Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Employment

We offer a permanent full‑time position working 5 days a week from 7 am, including weekends.

Shift Pattern

Night shift (22:00‑06:00).

Pay, working hours & benefits

Hourly pay rate: £15.07 per hour for day shifts. Hourly pay rate: £17.59 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts.

Guaranteed minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime is regularly available.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Keep accurate records.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

Qualifications

• Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in‑date Reach Truck licence.
• Physically fit; required to achieve productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is a plus.
