M&E Coordinator

Role

Our client, based in Liverpool, is looking for an experienced M&E Site Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities include managing all M&E activities on various sites in the Northwest, coordinating the mechanical and electrical elements of the project, attending site meetings, ensuring the project remains within the programme, and submitting overall progress reports to the Building Services Manager.

Duties

• Manage the on‑site installation and commissioning of all M&E activities
• Liaise with designers and contractors to develop installations and programmes
• Meet with designers and subcontractors to ensure construction, installation and commissioning works are developing as planned
• Manage mechanical, electrical and sprinkler elements of live projects and tenders

Qualifications

Must be educated to degree level or HND/HNC equivalent and be IT literate.
