Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to support the Student Housing team at JLL.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio valuations of student housing across the UK.
• Take responsibility for valuation instructions from start to finish.
• Handle and analyze large amounts of data.
• Prepare fluent report writing and communicate findings with clients, investors and lenders.
• Conduct site inspections and asset visits across the UK.

Qualifications

• Current Surveyor or Senior Surveyor.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work from start to finish.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Location

On-site – Bristol, GBR (travel to other UK locations for site inspections).
