Role Summary
Are you a Lead Social Worker looking to join a company that values and recognises you? Working 15 hours per week alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will manage and support a caseload of service users with mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, and Manager Hearings.
- Supervise junior staff members.
- Lead and promote adult safeguarding.
- Encourage service users to engage in their care plans and achieve their goals.
- Manage and support a caseload of service users with mental health conditions.
- Provide support and training opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Social Work qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar setting.
