Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson (Facilities Maintenance)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus bonus, overtime, vehicle, training, progression, pension and local patch. Excellent company benefits.

Location: Northampton, Wellingborough, Daventry, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Kettering, Bedford, etc.

We are a growing company focused on employee retention, offering a Monday to Friday local patch role with no overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to perform fabric repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and basic electrical work.
• Conduct general building fabric repairs (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.).
• Work on a local patch schedule, Monday to Friday, with a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fabric Engineer or general handyperson.
• Proven experience across a full range of building fabric work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reference number: BBBH.
