We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, office-based basis (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and wants to gain hands‑on exposure to the world of eCommerce.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating a small customer service team
- Managing escalated customer enquiries
- Producing customer feedback and product reports
- Monitoring online reviews
- Supporting marketplace and product listing content
