- Salary: AED 25,000-30,000 PCM (GBP 60,000 – 75,000 per annum) + bonus + benefits TAX FREE
Overview:
Asset backed commodity trading business of a large Oil & Gas Major is hiring for an Oil Trade Finance Analyst to join their HQ in DIFC in Dubai.
You could already be based in Dubai or you could be working for an oil major from another major trading hub (London, Singapore, Houston, Geneva etc) and be keen to relocate to Dubai for personal and professional development.

Trade Finance Analyst
Role Overview: This role will be responsible for managing and optimising company trade finance activities, together with the Treasury and Trade Finance Manager.
Reporting lines: The role will report to the Treasury and Trade Finance Manager. The role will initially have no reports but is later expected to have 1-2 reports once the business has grown and matured.
Background and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a trade finance specific role, with proven experience in oil trading. It is essential you have actually done this Trade Finance Analyst role before rather than just done some of the responsibilities.
- Extensive experience in managing trade finance operations (invoice financing, letters of credit and guarantees).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, ACT) are a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication.
