Your responsibilities as Hygiene Operative

• Clean production equipment, machinery and factory areas in line with cleaning instructions and schedules
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, following COSHH requirements and site procedures
• Complete daily, weekly and annual cleaning records accurately
• Maintain high standards of hygiene across production and communal areas
• Report incidents, issues or non-conformances promptly to management
• Support hygiene verification activities and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for in a Hygiene Operative

• Previous experience within hygiene, cleaning or food manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe chemical handling procedures
• Experience completing cleaning documentation and compliance records
• Understanding of hygiene standards within regulated production settings
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and operating procedures accurately
