Job Title: Building Maintenance Surveyor
Department: Repairs & Investment, Capital Investment, Client Services
Grade/Contract: PO3 – 35 hours per week plus flexi time plus essential car user mileage
An exciting time to join us. We are looking to recruit a Building Maintenance Surveyor to join our new team within Client Services, Capital Investment. You will be self-motivated and qualified to HND and/or equivalent experience with in‑depth building knowledge to undertake a varied but interesting role. You will be responsible for managing small projects on site around digital connectivity and ensuring that building safety is not compromised. You will have use of your own vehicle to carry out site inspections, report your findings, produce specifications & tenders, and manage on‑site consultants & contractors.

Qualifications
- Qualified to HND and/or equivalent experience with in-depth building knowledge.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
