History Teacher – Secondary School

The Role
- Teaching History across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Delivering engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons
- Encouraging students to develop analytical and evaluative skills through the study of historical events and themes
- Supporting students to achieve their academic potential
- Participating in departmental planning, assessments, and school‑wide initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching History in a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passionate about promoting historical enquiry and critical thinking
- Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Available from September 2026
