Pertemps are recruiting newly qualified HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join the GXO Currys contract in Newark, delivering electrical goods. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we have regular, ongoing opportunities available.
Before you start, you’ll need to attend a training day at our Pertemps Driving Academy in Kidderminster.
What is the pay for this role once working for GXO?
- £18.74 per hour – Days
- £19.79 per hour – Nights
- £20.84 per hour – Saturdays
- £21.89 per hour – Sundays

- Shifts available Monday to Sunday
- Day and night work available

Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR10, CD10 or IN10 endorsements)
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Regulations
- Reliable and professional approach to work
