Retail Driver – Central London (36 Hours – Fixed Term until 24/12/2026)

Fancy joining the UK’s number one Wine Specialist? We are looking for an experienced, committed and customer‑centric driver to work within our Central London stores.

Job Specifics

• Contract: Fixed Term until 24/12/2026
• Hours: 36 per week
• Salary: £13.92 per hour
• Location: Flexible – with travel to the following stores required: Covent Garden, Islington, Vauxhall, Marylebone, St John’s Wood

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Majestic to our delivery customers, ensuring excellent customer service and experience
• Pick deliveries and load the van
• Ensure the van is maintained to a high standard, keeping it clean and performing all compliance checks in a timely manner
• Deliver to the customer’s house, workplace or venue with a smile and a helpful attitude (including flights of stairs)
• Communicate clearly with customers to book deliveries and provide updates on delivery time slots
• Continuously find ways to be more efficient with driving time, understanding the cost impact of inefficient delivery runs
• Act as an ambassador for Majestic while driving, driving confidently and safely

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
• Be able and comfortable carrying up to 18 kg (approx. 2 wine boxes)
• Confident driving in Central London
• Excellent time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every customer every time
• Have a positive can‑do attitude with a passion for seeing problems through to solutions
