What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will take ownership of complex technical delivery while contributing to the design and architecture of our Salesforce-based product. You will work hands-on with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce and APIs, while helping define robust technical approaches for scalable product features.•tDesign, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce product features with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability and performance•tTranslate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and robust implementation plans•tContribute actively to Salesforce architecture discussions, design reviews and long-term product decisions•tApply strong object-oriented design principles, automated testing practices, code quality standards and CI/CD ways of working•tMentor and support other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharingThis is a senior hands-on development role with genuine technical depth. It is not an admin or configuration-focused position: we are looking for someone who enjoys building, designing and improving complex Salesforce product capabilities.
Core skills
- tStrong hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally within a product, SaaS or ISV environment
•tAdvanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components•tGood understanding, and ideally practical experience, of Salesforce solution design and architecture•tAbility to design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions while considering Salesforce platform limits, data model, integrations and performance•tSolid object-oriented programming background, for example in Java or C#, with strong software engineering fundamentals
Nice to have
- tExperience contributing to architecture reviews, technical roadmaps or design governance
•tExposure to Salesforce REST APIs, integrations and enterprise application architecture•tExperience with Git, Jira, IntelliJ, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies•tSalesforce Platform Developer certification, or architecture-related Salesforce certifications•tInterest in AI-driven product capabilities and how they can be embedded into Salesforce-based solutions
