Thegovernors at St Paul’s C of E Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced,full time Site Manager who has excellent knowledge of building maintenance workalong with excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads andwho works well collaboratively.
What do we need in a new Site Manager atour school? Someone who is able to:
- provide acaretaking service which ensures that the school is kept safe and secure andwelcoming for pupils and the wider school community
- ensurethe safeguarding of the school through managing the physical environment andoverseeing external contractors
- preparemaintenance programmes and manage external contractors
- lookafter the security of the school
- ensurethat the school premises and furnishings are cleaned up to an excellent standard. This includes managing the contract cleaningstaff
- provideaportering service
- be self-motivatedand show initiative
- be keento develop professional expertise
- enjoyworking with supportive staff, governors and the wider community
