About the Role

Salary up to: 31,535.00

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who will live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values, lead our team and deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to customers across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team to meet service and quality standards
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
• Drive team development and identify future managers
• Execute the 3‑month Assistant Manager training plan and apply learning

Qualifications

• Previous management experience
• Passion, pride and the drive to motivate and engage a team
• Customer obsessed and excited by the opportunity to deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to our customers every time
• Hungry to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment
