NOW HIRING – DUCT FITTERS, DUCT IMPROVERS & DUCT MATES

Location: Oxford

Start Date: 29th June 2026

Duration: Ongoing Work

Pay Rates

• Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
• Duct Improver: £20.00 per hour
• Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour

Requirements

Duct Fitters

• Blue CSCS Card
• Ductwork Installation qualification
• Previous experience installing ventilation ductwork
• Own tools and full PPE

Duct Improvers

• Green CSCS Card
• IPAF Certificate (essential)
• Relevant ductwork experience
• Own tools and full PPE

Duct Mates

• CSCS Mate Card (Please note: Labourer cards will not be accepted)
• Previous experience assisting ductwork installations is advantageous
• Full PPE
